Τo book directly a room with us, please follow these steps:
Press the button "Ask for a Room!" This will forward you to fill up a request form, with some basic necessary information as e.g., number of rooms, dates of check in and check out, your name and e-mail address.
Wait for our reply in your stated e-mail address with our offer accordingly to our availability (Might take some hours)
You will be offered a specific suite or room for the period you asked at a total charge including all Taxes, cleaning fees, 2nd person in Room (if needed), and no hidden charges.
You will be able to reserve these days, or amend your request if desired.
A direct prepayment of 50 % of total charges will be asked from you in the following 24 h. Confirmed prepayment is necessary for booking the room. This can be refundable up to 1 month before arrival, in case of booking cancellation (minus usual bank expenses)
Remaining balance has to be settled before arrival (Not refundable)
If booking is after 1 month or less then the prepayment is 100% and Not refundable.
If you agree then you have to return to this page (can be redirected from the e-mail), and press "Direct Payment" button to proceed to the prepayment using your credit card, as in our offer and inform us of this to secure your reservation.
Wait for our new reply in your stated e-mail address with final confirmation of booking and prepayment receipt. (Might take some hours).
Similarly for any following payments.
To cancel your reservation, please e-mail us the soonest possible and if applicable, your prepayment will be returned to you in the following few days (depending of your bank, usually takes less than a week, minus usual bank expenses).
